Every time I go to Ikea I debate buying this rug for a play room for Elle. I've tried bribing her by telling her if she starts crawling (or moving AT ALL) then she can get a play room. She seems pretty content sitting still playing with the toys within arms reach though. Lucky for me, Bonnie also shares my love for this rug and bought it for her nursery, so I shot pics of it and I now admire it from afar.

Not only should this be an ad in the Ikea catalog, but you have me thinking I want it... well only if it comes with that cute little girl. That last one looks like it's straight out of the Pottery Barn catalog.

Amen to Marta. Everything gets a bit more, shall we say "hectic" once they go through that beautiful phase of contentedly sitting next to you quietly playing with toys. It's wonderful to watch them crawl and such, but church, for example, is never the same. :)

Lans, Love love love the first pic and my second fav is the 3rd pic where she is laying on the rug with her arm up. Great Job!! Elle looks so adorable in that striped green dress. Wish they had that in my size....wish I looked that cute in it!
tell elle i'll come play with her in her new play room (when she gets one!) i'm sure she'll be tempted to start crawling then! i'll even bring joey :)
