These pillows were my quickest project yet. While D ran to the store to get some Ben&Jerry's, I whipped out these bad boys and fluffed them up before he got back!
I found some cute fabrics that were calling Elle's name and decided to make her a skirt out of them. I still have to put the trim on the pockets but I like how it turned out so far.
Oh, how I love projects! Seriously something is wrong with me, while friends sang karaoke in my basement, I couldn't resist the sewing machine. Katie and Dave need to have a re-match by the way! And man, I wish I had a video of D singing 'Sweet Escape.' "I know I've been a real bad girl..."

I am seriously in awe of your mad sewing skills! Love the pillows and want to try to squeeze into that little skirt! For my birthday I am requesting a monogrammed goody.
Ok, Martha Stewart.... this is seriously a side of you that I didn't really know about! I am TOTALLY impressed! Where were you when costumes needed to be made? ;) So when are we going to play? I obviously need to get to know you better.

Love those pillows and that skirt is TO DIE FOR!! Watch out Boys...here she comes! But seriously now, I've been meaning to talk with you about D and the "Sweet Escape" song. That was Disturbing! Next thing ya know and he is going to be singing that song by Britney Spears....goes something like this "I'm not a girl....not yet a woman"!
Crafty, crafty, Alana! That skirt is too cute! Want to make a twinners one for Sascha? We could take pictures of them both wearing them when you come out here next month to visit!!! :)
Kareoke was still fun!! I know how it is to want to finish a project, so no worries!!! The skirt turned out DARLING! I love it! Time for you to make one for Brielle ;-)
