If you aren't familiar with ABDC, it stands for America's Best Dance Crew. Oddly enough my husband watches this show not me. That's even where the inspiration for his Halloween costume came from this year (and how he managed to convince his co-workers to perform a dance at their office).
Anyway, I heard him laughing downstairs and had to see what all the fuss was about. I thought it was pretty humorous myself. Keep watching, the end is the best.
Sidenote: You have to know the Kanya West VMA story to get it.

We watched the first season and haven't gotten into it since then... My husband loves Kanye. Oh and someone should tell Caity that Taylor Swift has been T-Swizzle since the song she did with T-Pain... I know way too much about the rap world... I guess that comes with marrying someone who grew up in the self declared "hood"....
i don't know what i love more- the dance, the humor, or that D was the original finder of this clip. i wish he could dance like that.
That's hilarious. These guys are good, but you and your hubs need to rent Planet BBoy. It'll make that dance crew look like 10 year old girls. Not kidding.
